1 General Terms

Jai9 (hereinafter "the Platform" or "we") provides an online Sports Betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. When you jai9create an account or use the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.

It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms. If you do not agree, please jai9services. jai9 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and users will be notified before any changes take effect.

2 Account Registration & Usage

• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, report it to jai9 Support immediately.
• The mobile number and email address used during registration must be active and belong to you personally.

As part of KYC verification, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. This information is stored securely and used solely for identity confirmation.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

jai9You must be at least 18 years of age. Our platform is strictly prohibited for minors. If there is any doubt about a user's age, jai9 will temporarily suspend the account and carry out a verification check.

In addition, residents of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law may not use jai9. Any attempt to access the platform from a restricted region will result in account closure.

4 Betting Rules

jai9Please read all betting rules carefully before placing a bet on. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, so make sure you review everything before making your decision.

General Betting Rules:

• Your account must have sufficient balance for a bet to be accepted.
• Jai9 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled, the associated bet is voided and a full refund is issued.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly — bets will be confirmed at the final accepted odds.
• Jai9 reserves the right to review any abnormal winnings resulting from a system error.
• If there is evidence of match-fixing or irregularity in any match, the bets associated with it will be voided.

Maximum Bet Limit:

The above limits are subject to change. Separate limits may apply to specific events and will be stated on the respective event page.

5 Payment & Withdrawal Policy

jai9supports deposits and withdrawals through popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Deposits are generally instant — in most cases, funds are credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• Only payments from a mobile number registered in your name will be accepted.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from bonuses.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only — each person may claim it once.
• A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 10–30x).
• A minimum odds requirement may apply to bets placed using a bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Jai9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated.

7 Responsible Betting

jai9 We believe betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. That's why we encourage all members to bet responsibly and provide the tools to help them do so.

• Everyone has the option to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You have the option to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform (Self-exclusion).
• If you feel your betting is getting out of control, contact Support immediately.
• If our system detects unusual betting behaviour, an automated alert will be sent.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

jai9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• Being underage or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform.

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before closure. Any active bonuses will be forfeited once the account is closed.
